St. Cloud, MN – On Thursday, July 19 at 11:45 a.m., Sixth Congressional District candidate Jim Graves will appear with several St. Cloud State University students to announce his support for a five-year freeze on student loans interest rates when elected to Congress. The announcement will take place in the Mississippi Room in Atwood Memorial Student Union.
